They are the future chefs of Mexico; they are the future leaders of the culinary industry.

But all too often, they are trapped by their circumstances, limited by opportunities, and unable to access the tools they need to shine.

This summer, let’s change the story.

With your support, we plan to welcome 45 students to a two-week Leadership & Service Summer Intensive this summer, where they will learn technical culinary skills, receive in-depth leadership training, study English, connect with their peers, and meet mentors to encourage them as they grow.

It costs $560 per student to cover lodging, food, education, and materials for one student in the program. Will you help us raise $25,000 this summer to offer exceptional culinary and leadership training to 45 incredible young people?

Chef’s Aprons - $50

35 aprons are still needed.

Give a crisp, clean apron that makes a student feel like a chef. It’s not just an apron, it’s a sense of pride and belonging in the culinary community.

Cooking Station - $100

39 cooking stations still need funding.

Set up one student’s cooking station with a professional set of knives, cutting boards, and other high-quality utensils.

Clean Drinking Water - $250

4 weeks of water still need funding.

Give a week of clean, safe drinking water for our students and guests. Keep Casa Hope hydrated while we cook and learn!
